How long do Gift Vouchers last?
Our gift vouchers have no expiry. That’s right! We know how busy life can get so if you find a gift voucher somewhere in the bottom of your handbag you can still use it. Please note that if the gift voucher is purchased for a specific treatment and we have had a price adjustment six months or more after the voucher is issued, you will be required to pay the difference at the time of your treatment appointment, or you can opt to utilise the monetary value towards any treatment or product of your choice.
I have a voucher for a treatment, but I would like a different treatment. Can I do that?
Yes! If you receive a gift voucher for a treatment, however you would like a different treatment, or even a product, we are happy for you to use the monetary value of the gift voucher towards your preferred treatment or product.
I have a Gift Voucher for a treatment I cannot find on your website. What do I do?
If you have a Gift Voucher that was purchased for a treatment or package that is no longer visible on our website this means it is more than 6 months since it was issued and that treatment is no longer available to book. The Gift Voucher then reverts to the monetary value and you can use it towards any treatment or product. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us on 0432 513 203.
I have a Gift Voucher issued by The Beauty Room Murbah, can I use that here?
Yes! Just because we changed our name, we still offer the same great treatments and products. Your unique gift voucher code is still valid in our online system.
