Cancellation Policy

When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Your appointment will be confirmed 48 hours prior, as we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Your appointment is important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

-Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount

-Less than 3 hours notice will results in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount

-“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount

Booking deposits will be utilised to settle the cancellation policy charges in accordance with the policy, and any outstanding amounts will have a payment request sent to the guest. Guest accounts will be suspended from rebooking until outstanding amounts are settled. In some cases we may request 100% booking deposit to secure an appointment.

As a courtesy, we EMAIL/SMS to confirm 48 hours prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
