How long do Gift Vouchers last?
Our gift vouchers have no expiry. That’s right! We know how busy life can get so if you find a gift voucher somewhere in the bottom of your handbag you can still use it. Please note that if the gift voucher is purchased for a specific treatment and we have had a price adjustment six months or more after the voucher is issued, you will be required to pay the difference at the time of your treatment appointment.
I have a voucher for a treatment, but I would like a different treatment. Can I do that?
Yes! If you receive a gift voucher for a treatment, however you would like a different treatment, or even a product, we are happy for you to use the balance of the gift voucher towards your preferred treatment or product.
I have a Gift Voucher for a treatment I cannot find on your website. What do I do?
If you have a Gift Voucher that was purchased for a package that is no longer visible on our website, just contact us to arrange a booking.
I have a Gift Voucher issued by The Beauty Room Murbah, can I use that here?
Yes! Just because we changed our name, we still offer the same great treatments and products. Your unique gift voucher code is still valid in our online system.
