Today’s prescription for MY skin: Laser Carbon Facial + Lumixa Age Control.

I’m heading into the salon for a Laser Carbon Facial because I’m off on holidays next week, I have an event to go to, and quite frankly… I want my skin looking bloody fabulous. 😂

We want to keep having the conversations that help break down the stigma around mental illness — and make it easier for someone to say “I’m not okay” and reach out for help before they reach crisis point.
