How To Use
- Carefully open the outer bag of the package and take out the Heat Patch to activate the self heating technology.
- Peel off the backing paper that covers the adhesive.
- Stick the adhesive surface to your underwear or clothing covering your abdomen or back.
- Ensure the thickness of the clothing is suitable – clothing that is too thick might impair the heat transfer and treatment effect.
- The heat patch will reach its maximum temperature within a few minutes.
- Remove the patch anytime you feel it is too hot on your skin.
- Gently remove the patch by peeling it off your clothing when it no longer feels hot.
Warnings & Precautions
For SINGLE USE ONLY.
Dispose after use. The patch will not function after use, and might have possibility of damage. For external use only. Do not use on swollen, broken, inflamed, frozen or sensitive skin. Do not use while sleeping because it might lead to low temperature burn. To avoid burns, remove the heat pack immediately if heat becomes uncomfortable. Avoid direct skin contact. If during or after use any of the following occur: Skin reactions, burning, bruising, blistering or swelling, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice. Do not use the heat pad on children, babies or on people who are incapable of removing the pad by themselves. Do not leave an elderly person unattended while using a heat pack. Do not use the heat pack in conjunction with other creams, rubs or lotions applied to the skin or with / near to other heat sources. Do not pierce or cut the pads. If he contents become exposed, avoid contact with eyes or mouth. Do not put the heat pack in the mouth. If swallowed, rinse mouth with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Do not use after expiry date. The product used beyond its expected shelf life may warm to temperature above its specification. Consult with your doctor first if you have rheumatoid arthritis, poor circulation, nerve damage, sensory impairment, a skin condition, are diabetic or pregnant.

- Burns
- Acute inflammatory conditions (i.e. RA)
- Recent or potential haemorrhage · Thrombophlebitis, PVD, DVT
- Cancer
- Recent fever or infection
- Skin Infection
- Over areas irradiated by x-ray therapy
- VERY superficial metal implants
- Venous ulcers (warm/hot WP only)
