We understand that life happens and schedules change. We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment.
-Less than 24hrs’ notice: 50% of the reserved service will be charged
-Less than 3hrs’ notice or no-shows: 100% charge applies
-Frequent rescheduling: Appointments rescheduled 3 times will be cancelled at our discretion
A reminder is sent 48 hours prior to your appointment via SMS and/or email. You may reschedule or cancel using the link provided — up to 24 hours before your appointment — without incurring a fee.
Deposits are applied toward any fees in line with this policy. Outstanding balances will be invoiced via payment request.
If your appointment is cancelled in line with the policy, your deposit will revert to a credit on your account for future use.
It is the guest’s responsibility to manage appointments to avoid late arrivals, missed bookings, or cancellation fees.
