Gift Vouchers for Specific Treatments or Packages
Some vouchers are purchased for a particular service or a seasonal package — such as our Christmas rituals, Mother’s Day packages, or a specific treatment like a facial or massage.
To keep things simple and fair, these special vouchers have a few additional terms:
Booking Window for Specific Treatments
- If the voucher is for a specific treatment or package, the guest can book that service for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
- After six months, the voucher automatically converts to a dollar-value voucher which can be used toward any service or product.
Redeeming a Specific Treatment After 6 Months
- If more than six months have passed and the guest still wishes to enjoy the original treatment, and it is still a treatment offered, they absolutely can.
- If the treatment price has increased since purchase, the guest simply pays the difference at the time of booking or appointment.
Flexibility — Always
- Even if the voucher was gifted for a particular service (e.g. a massage), the guest is always welcome to use the value toward something else — such as a facial, product purchase, upgrade, or completely different treatment.
- Our goal is to help every guest choose what feels right for them.
Full Gift Voucher Terms (Easy to Understand)
- Essenza Skin & Beauty gift vouchers do not expire.
- Specific treatment or seasonal-package vouchers are bookable for six months from purchase.
- After six months, the voucher becomes a dollar-value voucher and can be used for any product or service.
- If a guest prefers a different treatment than the one listed on their voucher, they may use the dollar value toward anything they choose.
- If redeeming the original treatment after more than six months, any price increase must be covered by the guest.
- Gift vouchers are not refundable for cash.
- Vouchers can be redeemed partially — any remaining balance stays on the account for future use.

No. Our vouchers never expire, because we understand that life, family, health and priorities shift. Your gift will always be honoured.
Q: What if my voucher was for a specific treatment but I want something else?
No problem at all. Your voucher’s value can be used toward any service or product in the salon. Choose whatever feels right for you.
Q: Why can’t I book a Christmas or Mother’s Day package after six months?
Those packages are seasonal promotions and often include exclusive pricing or limited-time inclusions.
After six months, your voucher simply becomes a dollar-value voucher, giving you complete flexibility to choose anything else.
Q: Can I still have the original treatment after six months?
Yes! If the treatment is still offered in-salon, you can absolutely enjoy it. You’ll simply pay the difference if there has been a price rise since the voucher was purchased.
Q: Can I redeem part of my voucher and use the rest later?
Yes. Any unused balance remains on your account until you’re ready to use it — with no expiry.
Q: Can I use my gift voucher for products?
Definitely. Vouchers can be redeemed on any skincare, makeup, candles, body products, supplements, or accessories in the salon.
Q: I have a gift voucher from The Beauty Room Murbah. Can I still use it at Essenza Skin & Beauty?
Yes — absolutely. Any gift vouchers originally issued under The Beauty Room Murbah are still valid and fully honoured at Essenza Skin & Beauty.
Our business underwent a name change several years ago, but we continue to recognise all vouchers purchased prior to the rebrand.
If your voucher was for a specific treatment, we will honour it following the same terms as our current gift voucher policy. If the treatment has changed or pricing has adjusted since purchase, you can use the voucher for its dollar value toward any service or product.
